✅ Eligible Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Accessories, jewelry, hats, bodysuits, intimates, and sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
🔄 Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size, subject to inventory availability.
- If the size you need is unavailable, you may choose store credit to use toward a future purchase.
💳 Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment, less any shipping costs.
- Please allow 5–7 business days after your return is processed for the refund to appear on your account.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as A² Society & Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
