Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, please review our return guidelines below:

✅ Eligible Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Accessories, jewelry, hats, bodysuits, intimates, and sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size, subject to inventory availability.
  • If the size you need is unavailable, you may choose store credit to use toward a future purchase.

💳 Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment, less any shipping costs.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after your return is processed for the refund to appear on your account.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as A² Society & Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
